This Privacy Policy explains how Sagentic Systems LLC, doing business as velaHita ("Sagentic Systems," "velaHita," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use velaHita (www.velahita.com) (the "Service").
1. Information we collect

We never receive or store your card or bank details — payments are processed entirely by PayPal, which shares with us only the transaction identifiers and status needed to activate your purchase.
Attribution events are stored separately from your account profile; you can opt out of an advertising platform's personalization via that platform's own settings. The Service does not currently show third-party ad content. Market data itself contains no personal information about you.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- provide and secure the Service (authentication, entitlements, token accounting);
- process purchases and prevent billing abuse;
- deliver reports and service emails (verification, receipts, account notices) via our email provider;
- operate referral and promo programs;
- measure and improve features;
- attribute marketing (aggregate campaign performance); and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Legal bases (where GDPR-type laws apply)
Performance of contract (account, purchases, delivery); legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product analytics, marketing attribution); consent where required (e.g., certain cookies/pixels); legal obligation (tax/accounting records).
4. Sharing
We share personal data only with: PayPal (payment processing); our email delivery provider to send service emails; our cloud infrastructure and managed database providers, who process data on our behalf under their safeguards; advertising platforms for conversion attribution as described above; and authorities where legally required. We may share aggregated, non-identifying statistics freely.
5. International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you use the Service from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and processed in the US (and any other locations our providers document), with contractual safeguards where required.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Transaction and ledger records (subscriptions, token transactions) are retained as required for accounting, dispute, and audit purposes even after account closure. Server logs and attribution events are retained for shorter operational windows.
7. Your rights
You can: change your account details in-app; unsubscribe from non-essential emails via the link included in each message (service emails such as receipts and security notices are exempt); and clear cookies/local storage in your browser (which signs you out).
8. Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; transport is encrypted (HTTPS); secrets and databases are access-controlled and encrypted at rest; payment credentials never touch our systems. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of breaches as required by law.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to persons under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy; material changes will be announced in-app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
